Youtheatre Movement Society is able to connect with a wide array of people, including senior youth and young adults; elderly men and women seeking ways to uncover their story, and then declare it with full assertion.
With its finger on the pulse of society YTM draws on the power and strength of the many Artforms and with our Theatrical and Media training develop collective creative productions where Story is intrinsic with human expression.
INITIATIVE ONE
To advance education by providing artistic theatre and storytelling workshops on topical issues to the marginalized individuals in various schools, community centres, retirement homes, churches, and indigenous communities in British Columbia.
INITIATIVE TWO
To advance the public’s appreciation of arts by producing high-quality public performances of play and events relating to the topical issues, in various communities in British Columbia; and by providing a forum for qualified artists to perform their artistic works through participation in such events.
