Youtheatre Movement is committed to the equipping of the next generation. Our approach for both Acting and Script Writing can be simply put: “Identity as seen through story, and story through plot, characters, and conflict”.

Apprenticeship Workshops are designed to be explored individually or as a whole.

Youtheatre Movement Artistic Director, Lee Jay Bamberry

For 25+ years Lee Jay Bamberry has worked in the Film/TV/Theatre Industry, as Writer, Director, Producer, and as an Actor for four seasons on the National Award-winning CBC National Television Show, “Da Vinci’s Inquest”.
With extensive experience as a stunt performer and film actor, Lee Jay has worked alongside many legendary personalities, including Jackie Chan, Owen Wilson, John Woo, Rodney Dangerfield, Lou Diamond Phillips, John Frankenheimer…and many others.

Lee Jay has developed a unique teaching curriculum that focuses on The Art and Power of Story, using Voice, Body, Imagination and Emotion.
Junior, Senior, and Master Classes are in rotating sessions.
